From this dashboard, FlexTrade’s data showed no duplicate entries, with users averaging 15 minutes per session. Bounce Rate and Conversion Rate had an inverse relationship across 2021 and 2022. Higher cart additions occurred when the Conversion Rate neared 50%, though a slight decline was noted. Feedback highlighted issues with checkout, search functionality, and cart bugs.
